Goal
You design clear meeting agendas with Copilot and progressively strengthen them — instead of improvising before every meeting.
Why this matters
Meetings without an agenda are workouts without a plan. A trained agenda defines the outcome before the meeting starts. Strong meetings are trained, not improvised.
The drill
- Establish the base set. Have Copilot create a simple agenda for every meeting. Even a rough structure beats starting cold.
- Increase load through precision. Strengthen the agenda by adding decisions to be made, owners, and time boxes — not more topics.
- Use the spotter. Run the agenda as a shared, living document everyone can see and add to, before and during the meeting. Where your environment offers meeting assistants or facilitator agents, let them track structure, focus and outcomes during the session.
Make it this week’s habit: no meeting without an agenda. Copilot drafts it, you refine the load.
Extra round
Motivate at least one colleague to train this workout with you — and improve your meeting culture together. Agendas work harder when both sides expect them.
Micro-win
Your next meeting has a defined outcome before it has started.
Remember
The agenda is a promise to the participants, not a form. If the meeting finds a better direction, the agenda may lose — deliberately, not through sloppiness.
