Equipment Hall

You train exactly the muscle group that's weakest for you.

For: Anyone who already uses Copilot daily and wants to get better on purpose.

Prerequisite: Foundation Path recommended.

There is no order here. The Equipment Hall works like a real gym: you go to the machine that trains your weakest muscle group — you don’t work through all of them in sequence.

Five muscle groups, two to three sessions each. Context Core trains how reliably Copilot understands you. Input Mechanics trains how fast you get thoughts in. Hands-Off Sets trains how much you can let go. Focus Cycles trains your daily rhythm. Idea Hypertrophy trains the depth of your ideas.

Every session ends with a weekly habit. The session takes ten minutes — the habit turns it into a week.

Ten minutes a week. Put them in your calendar, or they won't happen.

What this plan can't do

This is a general training plan. It gets you fit, but only at base level. It does not get your organisation fit.

Real adoption starts earlier, takes longer and is more complex than a page can capture: your roles, your processes, your data. Measures cut to your situation, not to the crowd. That's the work I do with my team at Campana & Schott — home to 400+ Copilot & Agents implementations and Swiss Copilot + Agents Partner of the Year 2025. If you're setting this up in your company: write to me.

FAQ

In what order do I train the Equipment Hall?

In none. Pick the muscle group that's weakest for you and start there. The sessions are independent of each other.

How do I know which muscle group is my weakest?

Ask where daily work grinds: Does Copilot misread you (Context Core)? Does input take too long (Input Mechanics)? Do you supervise too much (Hands-Off Sets)? Does your day fray (Focus Cycles)? Do ideas stay shallow (Idea Hypertrophy)?

How is the Equipment Hall different from the Foundation Path?

The Foundation Path builds base habits in a fixed order. The Equipment Hall assumes that base and trains individual weaknesses on purpose — your choice.

How often should I repeat a session?

Until the weekly habit needs no reminder. Training the same session again after a few weeks isn't a step back — it's training.
