Frontier Gym · Training plan

From User to Operator

After six weeks you run a working agent on your real work — and know how to roll it out to your team.

For: Leaders who want to move their team beyond individual Copilot use.

Prerequisite: Foundation Path completed, or a solid daily Copilot habit.

  1. 1Three Daily PromptsYou hand three recurring daily tasks to Copilot until they're automatic.Input Mechanics
  2. 2Day-in-a-Life MapYou map a normal working day and find your five highest-leverage Copilot moments.Focus Cycles
  3. 3Cross-App ChainsYou run three workflows where each step uses the output of the last — across apps.Context Core
  4. 4First AgentYou build a small, reliable agent for the task you circled on your map.Hands-off Sets

This program is strictly linear, and the order is the point. Week 1 builds the base habits. Week 2 maps your day and scouts the task that becomes your agent. Week 3 trains cross-app workflows. Week 4 builds the agent you scouted. Week 5 puts it into your real workflow. Week 6 turns your personal win into a team rollout.

Every session uses the output of the one before it. Skip a week and week 4 has nothing to build on. That’s not a rule for the rule’s sake — it’s how the program produces a result you can show your team, not just skills you can claim.

Ten minutes a week. Put them in your calendar, or they won't happen.

What this plan can't do

This is a general training plan. It gets you fit, but only at base level. It does not get your organisation fit.

Real adoption starts earlier, takes longer and is more complex than a page can capture: your roles, your processes, your data. Measures cut to your situation, not to the crowd. That's the work I do with my team at Campana & Schott — home to 400+ Copilot & Agents implementations and Swiss Copilot + Agents Partner of the Year 2025. FAQ

What makes this program different from the other plans?

It's cumulative: each session builds on the previous one's output, and it ends with a working agent plus a 90-day rollout plan. The other plans train skills; this one produces a result.

Can I do the sessions out of order?

No. Week 2's map decides what you build in week 4, and week 5 runs what week 4 built. The order is the mechanism.

How much time does it take?

One focused session per week, plus applying it in your real work during the week. The application is where the program happens — the session just sets it up.

Who is this for?

Leaders who want to move from using Copilot themselves to operating it in their team. If you just want personal skills, start with the Foundation Path or the Equipment Hall.
