The order isn’t random. The first three sessions build the habits you need daily: meetings, mail, summaries. Everything after that stands on those.

Ten minutes a week. Not more. Doing two sessions in one day isn’t faster training — it skips the repetition, and repetition is the entire point.

Ten minutes a week. Put them in your calendar, or they won't happen.

What this plan can't do

This is a general training plan. It gets you fit, but only at base level. It does not get your organisation fit.

Real adoption starts earlier, takes longer and is more complex than a page can capture: your roles, your processes, your data. Measures cut to your situation, not to the crowd. That's the work I do with my team at Campana & Schott — home to 400+ Copilot & Agents implementations and Swiss Copilot + Agents Partner of the Year 2025. FAQ

How long does the Foundation Path take?

Six weeks, one session of roughly ten minutes each. The effort isn't in the session, it's in repeating it during the week.

Do I need prior knowledge?

No. You need a Copilot licence and a normal working day.

Do I have to follow the order?

On the Foundation Path, yes. Later sessions assume the habits built earlier.

What comes after?

The Equipment Hall, where you train the muscle group that's weakest for you.
